Bonus Attributes: The character adds +1d10 to each of his physical attributes. However the character also suffers a -2 to charisma and all charisma based tests as a result of the drug collar. However they gain a +2 to all intimidation checks because of the collar. The character can not benifit from extra attribute increases, from magic, level or items.

Enhanced Speed: 1 time a day per level the character gains all the effects of Haste as per the spell. The character does not benifit from any further castings of haste. Enhanced Speed lasts for 2d4+Lvl rounds.

Injector Stim: 3 times a day the character gets a +5 bonus on all Will saves. Effects last for 3d4+Lvl rounds.

Rapid Healing: 3 times a day the character can be healed for 3d6+Lvl hit points.

Immunity: The character is immune to all natural drugs, posions and toxins. He is still suceptable to magic diseases.

Pain Resistance: The character gains 3d8+8 hit points. This is a one time bonus.

Steady Hand: The character gains a +3 to their base attack.

Shakey Mind: The effects of the drugs on the character start to manifest in physical ways. When not under the effects of the drugs reduce all physical and mental attributes by 1 per level.

Rage: As per Barbarian rage, bonuses, penalties and afteraffects. If not in Rage and injured make a DC 10 Will save to avoid going into a rage.

Greater Rage: As per Barbarian Greater Rage, bonuses, penalties and afteraffects. If not in Greater Rage and injured the character must make a DC 15 Will save to avoid going into a Great Rage.

Mighty Rage: As per Barbarian Mighty Rage, bonuses, penalties and afteraffects. If not in a Mighty Rage and injured the character must make a DC 20 Will save to avoid going into a Mighty Rage.

Restoration: Once per day the character can reverse the effects of a negative level attack. The effect reverses the effect of 1d4+1 Negative Levels and 1d4+1 of any ability drained.

Regeneration: 3 times per day the character gains the effect of Regeneration 3 for 3d4 minutes.

Slow Healing: Drugs have ravaged the characters body. When not using drugs the characters natural healing rate is 1 per day regardless of bed rest or level.
